Delete Account Request
We're sorry to see you go. If you would like to delete your Alive Dreams account and remove all associated data, please read the information below and submit the request.
Important: Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered, and all virtual currency (Coins/Diamonds) will be lost.
What data will be deleted?
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Your personal profile information (Name, Bio, Gender).
- Your login credentials and account ID.
- All posted content, including videos and posts.
- Your chat history and message logs.
- Your virtual wallet balance and transaction history.
- Follower and following lists.
How to request deletion
You can delete your account directly through the mobile app by going to Settings > My Account > Delete Account. Alternatively, you can fill out the form below, and our team will process your request within 48 hours.
